Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 100% FTE salaried position. The scheduled shifts are primarily Monday - Friday, day shifts with some off shifts and weekends dependent on department needs. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This supervisory position will provide support for the following clinics: Junction Road Medical Center, 1 S. Park St Clinic, Arbor Gate Clinic, and our new clinic location at Eastpark Medical Center (opening fall of 2024).

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:

  • Help lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services within the Vascular Surgery Specialties of Vascular Surgery Clinic, Vein Clinic and Podiatry and Vascular Surgery Clinic.
  • Supervise the clinical team at Junction Road Medical Center, 1 S. Park St. Clinic, Arbor Gate Clinic, and our new clinic at Eastpark Medical Center (opening Fall of 2024).
  • Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
  • Facilitates communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Work Experience:

Minimum - Two (2) years of RN experience

Preferred - One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - RN licensed in the state where employed

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification

Eastpark Medical Center - UW Health's new state-of-the-art ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cutting-edge proton therapy. This 469,000-square-foot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Blvd. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
