Our team is currently seeking a Batch Operators/Processors to work in our Processing Department. We focus on safety and quality orientated people who can demonstrate adaptability and willingness in a team orientated- fast paced work environment.

Work Schedule:

2pm-10pm (2nd shift variable based on assigned work)

Overtime is possible. Overtime will be either 4 hours before or after the regular shift.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • History of safe work practices.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse- shipping/receiving- logistics environment is required.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards.
  • Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score

Job Overview:

As part of our Productio team you will be delivering supplies to machines & processing kettles that make anything from ranch to syrup.

Responsibilities & Duties-

May include- but isn't limited to:

  • Ability to follow complete production schedules with minimal scrap/spoilage
  • Visually inspects equipment at station for cleanliness or obvious maintenance problems. Cleans machine components as needed.
  • Monitors equipment controls- temperature meters- valves and adjusts as needed.
  • Operates forklift/pallet jack to acquire ingredients or move pallets/totes in and around processing area.
  • Uses can openers- knives- band cutters- snips- pliers and other small items to open ingredient cases/packages.
  • Records data pertaining to work completed- ingredients used- lot codes and other processing information.
  • Assists in cleaning equipment and lines between recipes.
  • Acquires ingredients/supplies from warehouse. Acquires samples of batches
  • Transfers finished products to drum- tote- or tank by pumping through piping system.
  • Determines appropriate size of batch needed to accommodate orders and line.
  • Operates equipment in a safe manner following GMP guidelines and keeps work area clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.
