Ambassador - Concierge Services

What this job involves -


Front Lobby liaison (Meet, Greet and Sign in) with a quality service the company represents
Ability to focus on all incoming Guest's, Visitors and Employee's with an outstanding professional, interpersonal, and hospitable greeting.
Guests / customers should be greeted while standing, offering accommodating and quality service. You are the reflection of the client you are representing.
Quality of service and hospitality is of the highest importance
Offer hospitality by letting the visitor / guest know the services you can assist with during their visit with the Corporation. (Ex.: restroom, beverage, reservations, directions, maps, etc.)
Strive to make each person feel they have been treated with the most professional, warm and courteous welcome.
Lead the welcome, security, badging, and sign-in process according to JLL and client requirements.
Reserve and manage (compliance / quality) collaborative spaces and conference / meeting / training rooms; reset collaborative spaces for next use, issue work tickets for maintenance requests and tech issues relating to the scope of services
Provide guidance and basic training to Client employees and contractors on the reservation systems

Event Planning
Ability to organize, market, and lead activities or events. Coordinate events for collaboration (Example: Dinner events, bus trips to ball games, amusement parks, etc.)
Maintain working relationships with in-house and local catering companies for services in the conference rooms or request by Client employees

Good Negotiation ability:
Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork with account wide team and proactively share and apply all learning, successes, and best practices.
Must be team oriented and work closely with other ambassadors across the portfolio in continual negotiations with merchants, vendors, local businesses and businesses on discounts that can be offered to the client's working population and customers.

Organizational Skills:
Maintain and update calendar of events and welcome board for current up to date events that are taking place.
Be familiar with all conference rooms. Provide current schedules of conference rooms and reserved room information, along with availability.
Maintain and update Ambassador playbook for your building. Work with other teammates to ensure play books and standard of service are symmetrical.
Ensure all common areas most importantly immediately outside the front door and the areas around the reception area are well maintained and ready for guests.
Ensure all conference rooms in the immediate area are clean organized and ready for use.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested.



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

MINIMUM REQUIRED
Education/training
Associates degree or 1-3 years quality customer service or related training or equivalent combination of both.
Bilingual a plus

Skills and knowledge
Working knowledge of Computer applications: Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, And Power Point). Google: (G- Mail, Calendaring, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Knowledge of Corporate Branding and Global Cultures.
Other abilities

Posses' excellent interpersonal skills, project a professional appearance, outgoing an energetic personality.
Strong belief in customer service and professionalism. Strong sense of team -What you can bring to it, and what you need from it.
Self -motivated, Self-starter. High energy individual that likes challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiar with all area activities, attractions, and restaurants.
Ability to anticipate, identify, and own problems, following up with the best possible solution for the employee or guest.
Ability to meet and work well with all levels of employees and guest's. Ability to multi tasks, remaining calm professional and pleasant even during stressful situations.
Ability to work closely with team members and independently.
Ability to screen and interpret visitors' needs.
Physical work requirements and work conditions
Professional work environment may require walking long distances through buildings for tours.
