Responsibilities:
Audio/visual: This position will create, revise, and publish video messages and audio messages (e.g., voicemails, podcasts) from senior leadership to the workforce. The contractor will use various tools and technologies to support the technical coordination of live and recorded town hall
video/audio meetings.
The contractor will work independently with FRA staff (including senior leadership) to record/edit videos onsite at FRA studio.
The contractor will work independently to prepare all deliverables for review by FRA personnel.
All communications will be reviewed and approved by FRA prior to distribution
Graphic Design: The contractor will have duties related to graphic design for RAD such as:
The contractor will develop, update, and maintain webpages using SharePoint online and content management systems (CMS) interfaces and tools.
The contractor will provide graphics and visual design support and will prepare, design, and deliver graphics, presentations, one-pagers, and other visual materials for senior leadership review, approval, and discussion.
The contractor will work independently to prepare all deliverables for review by FRA personnel. All communications will be reviewed and approved by FRA prior to distribution.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years supporting video/audio experience
Minimum of 3 years supporting graphic design experience
Minimum of 3 years supporting high-level executives
Advanced level competency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud
Advanced level competency utilizing video recording technology (Camera, tripod, various camera lenses, multiple microphones, lighting, and sound mixer.)
Must have good presentation and communication, both orally and written. Excellent writing and editing abilities.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working
relationships leadership and all various staff members
Experience implementing Section 508 compliance (e.g., tagging, captions) for accessibility.
