Job Description
Responsibilities

Classification: Non-Exempt, Bargaining

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing telephone services, video services and associated equipment for residential and business customers.

Qualifications
  • 2-year degree in the area of telephony.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • 1-3 years experience installing and maintaining commercial and residential voice and data services.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience installing and repairing T1 circuits, knowledge of Nortel and Cisco PBX and key systems, LAN/WAN, DSL, Data Networking, and Video is preferred.
