MISSION:
The intent of this position is to have a senior HR professional who is capable of working independently and with limited direction and guidance. This person will develop and/or direct implementation of systems to effectively satisfy business operations or corporate organizations' requirements for all Human Relations activities.
Works within overall business operation and corporate framework to maintain an atmosphere conducive to open communication within the organization and other Business Operation facilities.
