Customer Success Representative - Group Market
Membership Growth & Retention
Full-time
1st shift
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
POSITION SUMMARY:

The customer success representative will support business strategies to grow and retain FHCP's commercial group business. This role will own the relationship with assigned employer groups to positively on board with FHCP. Position will work cohesively with FHCP internal teams such as Member Engagement, Community Relations, Enrollment as well as the FHCP sales team members and external agent channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, skills, and experience:

  • BA or BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance sales or related market.

  • Experience in sales with full range of health care product knowledge to include Medicare and ACA.

  • Superior organization and planning skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

  • Ability to positively influence others and projects a strong, informed community image.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in developing and providing presentations.

  • Ability to communicate information whether technical or non-technical to staff members, customers, and agent brokers in a clear and concise manner.

  • Must hold an active state of Florida Health Agency Health Insurance License in good standing.

  • Knowledge and experience with Florida Blue and/or Florida Health Care Plans health products preferred.

  • Experience /membership in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and professional associations preferred.

  • Valid Florida Driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Must be able to work flexible schedule include evenings and weekends
