We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoicing, collections, and providing exceptional service to stakeholders. What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • As a Finance Coordinator, you will act as an advisor to the assigned stakeholders.

  • Create reports, monitor work in progress (WIP), and manage billing status.

  • Ensure timely invoicing by sending invoice copies to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on the new client intake process which involves providing inputs into NetSuite.

  • Maintain Accounts Receivable software to accurately track and manage financial transactions.

  • Assist in collecting past-due balances.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of fees and cost.

  • Maintain accurate database contact information for stakeholders.

  • Provide support for client refunds, including processing write-offs.

  • Conduct payment research and coordinate with the Cash App team to resolve discrepancies.

  • Fulfill client requests for W-9s, payment instructions, and confirmation of payment receipt.

  • Generate client requests as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes.

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent field.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing a high volume of transactions, have a good track record of high performance while consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables and other functions in Excel.

  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime as needed, with at least three days in the office.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Desire to learn and grow in the role, with a curious and bold mindset.

  • Humble and self-aware approach to work, with a commitment to excellence.

  • Experience using SAP a plus.

  • Previous experience with an accounting firm or professional services firm preferred.
