The position pays $16.52 an hour and is non-negotiable.

Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of experience in related field of manual labor
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes various manual, gas, and electrical tools and equipment in the performance of assigned tasks, and maintains such for safe and productive use.
  • Performs daily preparation of assigned vehicle, related equipment and supplies.
  • Performs minor maintenance and repair on city property as directed.
  • Assists skilled personnel in construction projects and cleanup as directed.
  • Repairs and cleans water, wastewater or stormwater lines/structures, responds to wastewater or stormwater backups, and re-sods construction areas.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
