The Sales Operation team supports the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization from business planning through execution. This group within the team, focused on GTM operations, will help focus on optimizing the GTM operating model across the organization.

About this role:

The Principal Analyst, Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations, is responsible for the programmatic execution of the Go-To-Market model for Citrix. This position is responsible for both strategic and operational efforts which include optimizing and executing the framework for the operating model structured around capacity, effectiveness, segmentation and role clarity to drive Citrix ARR growth. The analyst will partner with senior leaders across multiple organizations to design, enhance and operationalize the GTM strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop appropriate coverage models and approaches to execute the GTM Strategy via clear expectations of roles and responsibilities of GTM team

  • Drive operational business planning through a focus on insights and analytics by partnering closely with the teams within Sales Operations to monitor progression and alignment

  • Create, maintain, execute, and communicate the GTM effectiveness; responsible for providing insights and recommendations for course correction

  • Creates and maintains GTM governance framework and ensures alignment across the groups

  • Anticipates the needs of the business, uses data and logic to recommend tradeoffs, and can quickly and efficiently mobilize the business to drive results

  • Utilizes customer research, industry trends and market competitive analysis along with cross-functional stakeholder data to conduct business analysis

  • Responsible for consistent communication to global leaders on GTM strategy, execution and success measures

  • Leads operational and strategic projects as needed with ability to pull together cross-functional teams to drive execution

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, post-graduate degree is a plus.

  • Requires 12+ years of progressive business experience in related field, with experience working in a rapid-growth technology company, in a leadership role

  • Proven success in building and executing high-impact business strategies and driving cross-departmental alignment.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships and collaboration across teams

  • Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and building trusted relationships

  • An ability to flourish in a high growth, entrepreneurial and global environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.

  • Strong planning ability and experience in developing plan strategies and future operation goals.

  • Experience leading strategic cross-functional initiatives

  • Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities, deliverables and results

  • Demonstrated ability to build complex analytical models with the ability to simplify the messaging

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels

  • Experienced in leading through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments

  • Data driven with experience in reporting on key success metrics, trends and making data-driven recommendations
