Data Quality Lead
Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
  • MA/MS degree
Experience Required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or at least ten (10) years project management experience, and at least (5) years of experience with the strategic implementation of enterprise data quality and integrity program(s)
  • Enterprise quality and integrity experience includes master data management, data quality dimensions and metrics development, data quality business rules development and implementation, critical data element identification, data quality monitoring, root cause data analysis, and quality by design.
Job Objective
The Data Quality Lead will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Data Strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading the overall efforts to strategically mature data quality and integrity across the Agency by recommending, developing, and presenting on activities and deliverables to help enhance enterprise data quality and integrity to support improved sharing, decision-making, and reporting on mission operations.
  • Responsible to help develop customer experience and engagement to build and support a more robust, trusting, and collaborative relationships across the enterprise that will support proactive data integrity and encourage timely identification and resolution of data issues.
