We're seeking a future team member in the role of Representative, Shareholder Services to join our Shareholder Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Processes updates to shareholder accounts.
• Provides basic technical assistance to shareholders and assists in responding to straightforward inquiries.
• Corrects straightforward errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
• Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 0-1 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
