In your role as aCustomer Service Representative, you will:

Provide customer support in the SunRail customer service call center. Answer telephones and respond to emails; provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding SunRail services.

Responsibilities

  • Operate main security gates, greet persons entering premises, determine nature and purpose of visit, and establish clearance into the facility.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, respond to complaints, providing SunRail and Central Florida Rail Corridor information as necessary.
  • Comprehension of train schedules.
  • Public notification alerts for interruptions in service.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Prepare daily reports and tracking logs.
  • Customer account management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks in support of SunRail Operations and Maintenance as assigned.
  • Operate the Lost & Found Department.
  • All other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer and telephone systems.
  • 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience in a Call Center Environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Type 40 wpm.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading and writing).
