AvMed, a division of Sentara Health Plans in the Florida market, is hiring a Digital Services Specialist Miami, Florida. This is a hybrid position, 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Scope of the Position:
The Digital Services Specialist collaborates with the business to develop digital communications for all audiences, ensuring the communication is aligned with the organization's objectives. This position manages agencies and vendors, providing direction for communication on social media, SMS, and email channels. Use of digital platforms for the execution of SMS and Email communications is required. Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Essential Job Functions:
* Collaborates with business constituents to develop digital marketing plans and programs.
* Oversees and executes all email marketing campaigns, from creative development through execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Manages and supervises the development and execution of our social media content developed by our Advertising Agencies.
* Oversees and executes all SMS marketing campaigns, from creative development through execution via the Relay platform.
* Monitors performance of digital campaigns (social, email, SMS), and reports metrics as required
* Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's in business, marketing, public relations, communications, digital media, digital journalism, architecture, or related field.
* Four years of related experience in lieu of education is required.
* Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) skills and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to self-manage and lead projects from conception to completion. Understanding of web and mobile design, applications, navigation. Understanding and active use of Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems and other technology tools and platforms, computer video editing software, and the ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently.
* Comfortable in multitasking-oriented environment. Some travel required.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency or comparable digital experience. Must have reached Senior Account Executive
* Marketing Automation/ Digital Marketing Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
