Job Title: Business System Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Key responsibilities:

working with other business analysts and product managers documenting functional requirements, building process flows on a weekly basis (may need to present in front of developers and subject matter experts) may be merchant/customer facing.

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, All MS products and Outlook

Flex Skills:

Client experience or any experience with payment processing preferred, preferred experience as a BSA (requirement solicitation/ experience with architect/dev teams gathering requirements)

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

willingness to learn, effective communication, good at working in ambiguous environments, friendly/engaging and team player, situational awareness

Preferred bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience

Years of experience: Level 3 5-7 years
