Sourcing Specialist

We're looking for a Sourcing Specialistto join ourDZConneXteam remotely.

As a Sourcing Specialist, here's the work you'll do:

  • Manage the sourcing process by developing and creative sourcing strategies and conducting campaigns to attract and actively find talent for difficult to fill roles. Also responsible for developing strategies to identify and pipeline passive jobseekers
  • Develop researching techniques to quickly identify and evaluate candidate's availability and qualifications against job requirements. Must have knowledge and experience with inbound marketing tactics using social media, SEO techniques, email marketing, grassroots and traditional advertising initiatives
  • Partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to understand specific requisitions. Develops specific industry knowledge as well as knowledge of specialized skill sets
  • Actively participate in industry/function-specific organizations/associations/forums for talent mining and posting possibilities
  • Communicate / collaborate with peers by sharing best practices and provide accurate, thorough documentation in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools
  • Effectively utilize recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc. Including conducting sourcing campaigns and brainstorming strategies
  • Work to understand the client's needs, consult with recruiting partners and/or hiring managers and react appropriately in an environment of competing priorities
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Knowledgeable of Boolean search logic and capable of creating your own search strings based off of provided job description
  • Exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills
  • Strong research skills with knowledge of the competitive market, available talent, salaries, etc
  • Proficiency and strength in the use of the desktop software, internet, and web based applications
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
And if you have these qualifications:
  • 3+ years sourcing/recruiting experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A working knowledge and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $57,200 - $85,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
