How you will shape the future of the Pulping Area:

  • Provide support for Pulping department in relation to scheduling, time keeping, safety, process improvements, and housekeeping.
  • Create shift schedule to include work assignments, vacations, breaks, overtime assignments, vacancy back-ups for absent employees, and shift rotations.
  • Manage appropriate staffing levels and monitor resources utilization.
  • Approve time worked of all personnel assigned.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement projects in including planning and implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You'll be someone who can bring:

  • 5+ years experience in pulp and paper operations, related college degree a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, time management, and initiative are essential.
  • Computer skills including timekeeping, databases, Microsoft Office/Teams.
