SUMMARY

Coordinate work activities and services provided and oversees administrative staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates the work activities and services provided.
  • Oversees administrative staff to assure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintains records, prepares appropriate reports, and ensures compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
  • Coordinates operational activities and projects as assigned by the Program Manager.
  • Develops and conducts outreach training programs.
  • Ensures that project goals/requirements are met and adheres to approved budgets.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees administrative staff to assure efficient and effective operations.

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited registered nursing program.
  • Two (2) years of experience in occupational health setting.
  • Two (2) years of management experience.
  • Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. Citizenship required).

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

TRAVEL

The expected travel time is less than 50%.

DRIVING REQUIREMENT

Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy.

Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 50%.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, or to be or remain in a position or state of inactivity. Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT

100% remote work is authorized for this position; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.

WORK SCHEDULE

40 hours per week. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
