We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis I to join our Corporate Trust, Metrics team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located out of our Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA office.

Team Overview:

The Metrics Team of Corporate Trust develops, maintains, publishes, and analyzes risk related metrics for reporting to the Corporate Trust line of business. The team proactively identifies the qualitative and quantitative information required to assist senior management with managing risk. The team monitors and reports on the evolving trends over time that will allow for the detection of potential gaps within processes as well as risk and control priorities.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Generate and publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports
  • Brief managers, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management on reporting results, answer questions, and modify or create reporting as necessary to provide the information/analysis needed
  • Take a leading role in converting reporting from Microsoft Excel to Power BI and developing automation with data collection and reporting
  • Populate Key Risk Indicator data and assist with identifying the cause of red/amber rated instances

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination
  • 5 -7 years of work experience in Corporate Trust or other financial services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with our teams globally
  • Advanced skillsets in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills
  • Knowledge with SQL Query and Power Automate is highly preferred
