Our Healthcare team of more than 200 architects, engineers, interior designers and planners helps clients move the needle where it matters most: patient safety, operational efficiency, technology integration, adaptability/resiliency, sustainability and the human experience. Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium size healthcare projects.
  • Support project teams on large projects.
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of document production.
  • Review submittals, support, and/or lead field observations and agency reviews.
  • Manage the work of production staff and outside consultants.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines on our design team.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture; Architecture License required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of job-related experience.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience using Bluebeam, Revit, and Sketchup.
  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent Quality Control skills
  • Time management skills.
