Job Description

Job Summary
Low Code Center of Excellence subject matter expert who will serve on the Digital Experience Enterprise team to drive Platform solutions. In this role, you will be part of a flexible team that fosters innovation, collaborates to generate standards, establishes governance, evaluates concepts, monitors platforms, introduces solutions, offers guidance, and thinks outside the box.

Be prepared to leverage low code/no-code, create, debug, test, integrate, and support programs, applications, services, mobile apps, utilities, and tools as part of the application development process. Additionally, be prepared to collaborate and define scopes, objectives, and requirements and work with third parties. As a Center of Excellence expert, you will partner with teams to identify and research application problems, search for solutions, and make recommendations while architecting and refining processes.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities

  • Formulate partnerships across CSX to establish and drive Centers of Excellence for Enterprise Platforms
  • Coordinate and partner with peers and subject matter experts to drive the low code program at CSX
  • Collaborate to generate system designs to facilitate the inter-operability business systems leveraging low code
  • Create repeatable processes to drive efficiencies at scale
  • Research, analyze, and define business solutions of various scales of scope and complexity.
  • Prepare detailed specifications for multi-faceted projects and design solutions for complex business problems.
  • Document test cases, expected test results, and test data requirements, and collaborate with testing teams and business partners to resolve testing problems.
  • Code, debug, test, and support utilities, tools, and frameworks to support the application development process levering low code
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to makers, future makers, and other parties and monitor the deliverables.
  • Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree
  • Graduate Degree
  • 4 or more years of experience in Low Code Platforms, Centers of Excellence, or Citizen Development

Equivalent Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 7 or more years of experience in Low Code Platforms, Centers of Excellence, or Citizen Development plus software development
  • 10 or more years of Platform Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree
  • Low code certifications

Knowledge and Skills

  • Developing, driving, and delivering Low Code/No Code Solutions with flows, chatbots, and data sources
  • Low Code Enablement, Governance, and Center of Excellence installation
  • Managing projects related to Low Code Custom Solution Development and client requests
  • Working closely with departments to generate roadmaps and improve adoption
  • Training end users and marketing products within an enterprise
  • Developing and implementing governance committees, charters, and project plans
  • Coaching committee members regarding process improvements for Citizen Development
  • Understanding product licensing
  • Ability to use multiple tools and techniques to facilitate the design, development, and integration of business systems
  • Knowledge of a wide range of technical systems, inclusive of low code systems
  • Ability to develop increasingly complex business systems
  • Ability to a contingency plan, analyze systems for efficiencies, and develop test case scenarios
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and orally) with all levels of audiences
  • Skilled in the creation and delivery of Project Planning
