We're seeking a talented Senior Associate, Shareholder Services Team Lead to join our Service Delivery team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supports professional and management staff by providing large and complex quantities of data related to, among others, financial transactions, account information and transaction processing to be used in responses to the most complicated client inquiries on a daily basis.
  • Responds to ad hoc requests for non-standard information.
  • Processes the most complex updates to shareholder accounts.
  • Leads team and serves as the primary contact for the most complex of issues.
  • Is the key point of contact for professional and management staff for complex matters, responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding fund information, services and procedures.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
