The Nursing Analyst Coordinator serves as data support and administrative support to various nursing leaders. The position is responsible for aggregating and analyzing data based on requests from leaders. This position supports various leaders by managing calendars, scheduling meetings as requested by all nursing leaders, prepares, agendas, records minutes and attends meetings as requested. This position serves as support for the electronic scheduling system and the acuity software. This provides support for aspects of payroll, educational activities related to Patient Care Services and Professional Governance Councils.
Responsibilities
Maintains the division's administration office and related duties. Facilitates communication between the IT department and the nursing team on technology-related needs. Responsible for aggregating and analyzing data based on requests from leaders. Provides administrative support to nurse leaders and Professional Governance council co-chairs Supports the award recognitions and the Professional Governance program as directed. Provides administrative support for Team Member functions as needed based on campus location. Provides assistance to coordinate department-wide quality improvement activities to comply with DNV and other external agencies reporting requirements to meet Federal, State and third-party regulations/requirements.Assist in other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the department and organization. May be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Minimum Work Experience
2 years Related experience serving as an assistant to leadership roles at the manager level or above. Required
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Proficiency in Excel/Pivot Tables, Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of general office equipment
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
