We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Solutions team. Client Service Associates work with external clients to resolve issues and inquiries requiring specific knowledge and skill sets. This role is hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensuring requests are executed or questions resolved, including coordination with required operations
  • Applying problem solving skills and uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to clients and escalating non-routine or complex issues, as needed
  • Keeping abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending group meetings and trainings, keeping abreast of communications, and understanding changes to processes
  • Participating in consistent processes, tools, and platforms to manage calls and cases
  • Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
