Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing 6S standards across the organization.
  • This position needs a hands-on approach to drive efficiency, organization, and cleanliness within the workplace.
  • The successful candidate will lead initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate open dialogue and collaboration to ensure all team members are engaged in 6S initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams to implement feedback and optimize 6S standards accordingly

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $37.45 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week (1st shift)

Length: CONTRACT (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in production, manufacturing, inventory control, or sustainment environment

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a Laboratory Environment, familiarization with test equipment and function of common test equipment
  • Ability to perform assigned technical/Para engineering tasks
  • Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments
  • Have good communication skills and be able to work effectively independently & in a team environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
  • Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) good practices, circuit card handling, and electronic equipment familiarity
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement principles

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Able to stand, walk, and lift to 25lbs continuously throughout the day
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
