Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Industry working with telco providers and carrier ordering systems and processes
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office suites
- Minimum of 2 years experience in understanding how the Network Connectivity works with LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytical background, identifying patterns, and determining root causes.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Provisioning experience
- Basic domain knowledge and understanding of LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge of telecommunications carrier ordering systems and processes
- Good software scripting knowledge to assist with data analysis.
- Good written and verbal skills, including enhanced capacity for multitasking
- Good organization skills and process-oriented
- Eager to learn (opportunity for growth)
- Good listening and communication skills
- Able to multitask.
- As a provisioning specialist, the applicant must possess strong time management skills and an understanding of basic software applications.
- Have current knowledge of Telecom industry ordering practices including new installations, changes, and disconnection of products.
