We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Trading Services to join our Managed Accounts Investment Support Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL- Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Process daily trading responsibilities on behalf of our broker dealer clients, such as, trading new accounts, contributions, withdrawals, model changes, tax harvesting request.
  • Delivering quality client service and daily support to internal and external clients, including phone and email interaction, transaction processing, trade comparison and account reconciliation. Support client requested error analysis and error corrections
  • Accurately investigate and troubleshoot issues and work to enhance our offering through process efficiencies and/or risk reduction
  • Trade block quality control for day-to-day trade administration and trading events
  • Training of junior associates for day-to-day trade administration and quality control oversight

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 required
  • Work experience in brokerage or managed accounts is preferred
  • A desire to collaborate, problem solve and seek innovative ways to improve processes. Self-starter who is always willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
