Responsible for ongoing Individual Agent management- Responsibilities include the establishment of production goals and compliance thresholds, along with the communication and ongoing enforcement of these established expectations with each assigned agent.

Required Education
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Additional Required Qualifications
Experience working in the health insurance industry
Experience with strong training and selling skills
Experience with independent insurance agency practices
215/240 Health and Life Insurance license
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills
Experience working with multi-functional work group
50% travel within the state of Florida
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Florida Blue policies and procedures to effectively manage and coordinate assigned contracted general agency sales and service personnel Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Annualized Salary Range: $86,200 - $140,100
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $86,200 - $107,800
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
