Job Purpose:

The Finance Discovery Rep Rotational Program offers graduating students the opportunity to experience corporate finance through the lens of a Fortune 100 company. Selected co-workers will move within three, three-month rotations through Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Credit, and Accounting. This will provide our co-worker with a broad range of experience and understanding, helping to grow their finance career. At the conclusion of the program, you will be assessed by our managers and consulted with prior to full-time placement. Our goal is to place our co-worker in the desired position that fits the organization and their skill set. At the time of placement, the co-worker will receive a different job title. Space is limited for the program so apply today!

This program is on-site in our Clearwater, FL or Greenville, SC location(s) and selected co-workers would need to be able to commit to a hybrid work schedule. This position starts in May 2024.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)is required.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Capable of executing instructions and requesting clarification when needed.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in data entry.
  • Showcases adeptness in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Recognizes and attends to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively conveys necessary information.
  • Effectively converses and writes in English and other local/regional languages.
  • Understands, communicates, and collaborates effectively with individuals across various identities.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Effectively handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborates well and builds solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Quickly learns/adapts to new systems and technology.
  • Uses relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level.
