SUMMARY
The RSP ProgramGeneral ClerkLead is responsible for administrative functions in support of Warriors in the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP). RSP General Clerk Leads will perform all duties outlined in the Duty Task List to ensure successful execution of the contract. RSP General Clerk Leads are supervised by the Regional Manager. The National Guard Bureau, through the national contract Program Manager, will provide general and technical guidance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The RSP ProgramGeneral ClerkLead plansand executes administrative and personnel functions in support of preparing recruits for Initial Entry Training (IET). Primary duties include Vulcan data entry, shipper quality control, along with reporting and communicating shipper issues.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Approve timesheets for General Clerk III's.

TRAVEL
May need to participate in local travel for official business functions. Travel of 5% may be expected, but not anticipated.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week. May be required to work overtime hours as needed to complete assignment or project. May require flexible work schedule.
