Job Description

This position reports to Head of Regions and User Engagement, North America in the IT organization.

Process SGRE North America Purchase Orders
Ensure invoices, accruals and payments are processed on a timely basis
Partner, facilitate, and support IT functions related to Service Level Agreement (SLA) billings, Vendor Service Billings, Performance Metrics, and lead cost saving initiatives by collaboratively working with key business and IT leaders
Analyze monthly charges and make recommendations on cost improvements
Ensure data integrity of all IT Infrastructure allocations
Monitor monthly performance against budget, estimates and prior years
Perform and track cost/benefit analysis for Capital Acquisitions and other IT expense projects
Manage and lead IT Infrastructure annual planning, budgeting processes
Initiate, drive and implement those activities that improve the overall financial reporting and analysis of supporting areas
Provide financial reporting on IT costs to internal clients
Develop, implement and track unit key indicators within Technology in partnership with IT Management
Work with IT technical resources to develop policies, procedures and systems to support IT cost accounting
Execute processes and policies that ensure fair and accurate accounting, financial practices and reporting


Qualifications:

Proven proficiency in Excel, and financial software applications, specifically SAP
Ability to work with large datasets
Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
Strategic thinking and organizational skills
Ability to participate in on-going departmental process improvements
Accustomed to working in a matrixed organization
Maintain constructive relationships within and outside the group
Bachelor s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics
7+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience with a background in Technology Financial Analysis budgets and forecasts
