We're hiring a Case Coordinator to provide child welfare-based recommendations on individual Unaccompanied Children (UAC) cases, particularly in the areas of safety and timely release, identification of children with special needs and development of corresponding recommendations, and placement recommendations. Our next Case Coordinator will coordinate placement decisions with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) staff and ORR care provider grantees within the Miami, Florida region. Due to the nature of the role, only U.S. Citizens may be considered. Role and Responsibilities:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise: * Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen * Clearance: Public Trust. The successful candidate will need to undergo a Tier 2 Public Trust investigation prior to starting. * Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years with Master's degree in Social Work or 5+ years with Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or social sciences related discipline * Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Bilingual- English & Spanish- fluency must be confirmed and documented.
