Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervises the daily operations and scheduling of a team of Transportation Coordinators.
• Hires, develops, and coaches direct reports in role and support their competency and capability development
• Maintains an inspired culture that is time based and centered on integrity and customer focus
• Receives and resolves complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Conducts quality monitoring to ensure accuracy of information provided to Transportation Specialist
• Monitors individual performance through the review and analysis of operational reports
• Partners with Sr. Manager Dispatch Operations to evaluate metrics and adjust activities to meet or exceed performance expectations
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership; experienced partnering with other leaders to understand and address their needs
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
