Position Objective:

Provide exposure to multiple areas of Information Technology withing a global organization including help desk, desktop support, IT infrastructure, Office 365, and SAP.

DUTIES

• Respond to user requests for service and log issues in our help desk ticketing system
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and various software applications
• Participate in projects related to IT operations and infrastructure
• Participate in projects related to SAP and Microsoft Office 365

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Desktop support troubleshooting skills including hardware and software
• Understanding of enterprise applications including Office 365 and ERP systems
• Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly from team and peers

Relationship to Others:

• Position is part of the IT Operations group in the IT department that supports all internal employees at multiple locations in the United States.

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in accredited college, university, or technical school for Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Knowledge and course work in IT hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows is required.
• Basic knowledge of Networking, System Administration, SAP or SharePoint is a plus
