Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University'sCenter for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) - Daytona Beach campusinvites applications for aPost-DoctoralSTEMAssociate position beginning as early asMay 2022.

This is a full-time, 12-month appointment, with a 3-year expectedreappointment. Reappointment eachyear will be contingent on the availability of funds andsuccessfulperformance. ThePost-Doctoral Associatewill primarily support CTLE'sGTA Academy, our teacher training program for graduate teaching assistantsat Daytona Beach campus.The Associate Directorwill also have opportunities to pursue their professional research interests and initiate and collaborate with our team on a number ofeducational development programs. Candidates with expertise in quantitative data analysis, mixed methods research, and equity-focused educational development will receivepreference.

Qualifications

The candidate must possess these minimum qualifications:

  • Completion of adoctoral degree in a STEM or STEM-Education field bystart date.
  • Experience managing or supportingGTAprograms/initiatives
  • Expertise with quantitative or mixed-methods research approaches
  • Knowledge of equitable pedagogical practices
  • Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate,ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously, andgiveattention to detail.
