As a Senior Facility Manager in Miramar, FL - you will be involved in all aspects of facility management for all client locations. You will be responsible for following company and client policies & procedures, standards of service and key elements of success as defined by the client. You are responsible for all day-to-day operations throughout the facility, including client relations, budgeting, reporting, emergency planning, service delivery and coordination of the scope of work within the Facility. You will negotiate and manage vendor relationships; ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations; and ensure compliance with risk management and safety standards.

What you bring:

  • Five or more years' experience in Property and Facility management.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of building systems and infrastructure.
  • A strong team player, service oriented attitude and unwavering positive outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Bonus skills and experience:

  • RPA or CPM designation.
  • Experience with facility management outsourcing and remote models.
  • Experience with call center and service desk applications.

What success looks like:

  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
  • You effectively function as primary management interface with client and tenants.
  • You successfully develop and manage processes to ensure all elements of compliance programs are maintained.
  • You are ability to negotiate and execute on behalf of client, local vendor service contracts and services in scope.
  • You are responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations.
  • You successfully manage all operations tasks.
