We are seeking resumes for Maintenance Mechanic in our Winter Haven, FL facility.

PLEASE NOTE: Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging and POP Displays is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician located at its Winter Haven, FL plant.

Maintenance Mechanic We are currently seeking highly motivated, knowledgeable candidates with excellent mechanical, PLC knowledge and electrical skills willing to work any shift.

Successful candidate will be required to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. Qualified candidate must have: at least 5 years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, on the job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.

Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities. Must have in depth knowledge and practical application experience in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. Must have own tools and willing to work scheduled overtime. Ability to
manage several priorities at once.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry is a plus. Must be willing to work any of the three shifts, (first, second, or third), work required overtime as needed, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong safety background, good attendance record, work in a team environment, and be a good communicator.
