SummaryThe Gulf Coast Medical Center Acute Rehabilitation Therapy Department is actively seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our talented Acute Care Therapy Team. Gulf Coast Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center, an accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center, and dedicates specialized care to our Critical Care, Oncology, Orthopedic, Colorectal, Vascular and General Surgery service lines.
We are looking for clinicians dedicated to providing high-quality comprehensive care for our specialty services lines and who are interested in promoting the growth and development of our Acute Care Therapy Services by collaborating in our unique patient care programs including our Animal Assisted Therapy, Early Activity Initiative, Why Not Home and In House Rehabilitation Programs.

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for adherence to and compliance with all American Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA) professional standards. The SLP is engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The SLP is expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner.
