Position Summary:
A marketing automation professional who will enable the orchestration of targeted and unified campaigns through deep audience segmentation and cross-channel integrations. This role requires the ability to leverage the campaign ecosystem to developscalable and highly synchronizedcampaigns. The Client Activation Senior Associate will have a deep knowledge of how our customer data is organized and will apply it appropriately to achieve campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that campaigns and associated deliverables are executed on-time and within the scope of the campaign requirements
Assist in the definition of campaign requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Design and orchestrate workflows to create target audiences incorporating client segmentation and marketing test plans to supporta variety of strategies
Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies and/or steps that may have technical errors related to various integrations
Ensure that Q/A Testing is thorough and complete before activating campaigns.
Seeks improvement in existing operational and technical processes to improve the efficiency of campaign activation programs
Works with campaign managers to define audience segmentation criteria and deploy highly targeted and effective marketing campaigns
Viewed as a technical expert on the Client Activation team, combines business insight and knowledge of available data with campaign execution and technical expertise
Excellent written and oral communication skillsare required, specifically when relating complex data concepts to strategicbusiness objectives
Will have a high degree of responsibility for resolving a full range of issues related to audience segmentation strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Operations, Information Systems) or equivalent combination of experience and training.
5+ years database marketing experience preferred
3+ years using Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management tool to activate marketing campaigns
Strong relational database experience; proficiency in SQL required
JavaScript experience is a plus
Advanced user in Access and Excel applications required
Solid understanding of database marketing principles including client segmentation and test design preferred
Has in-depth understanding of working with large customer databases for purposes of audience segmentation to supportmarketing effectiveness.
Knowledgeable of email and digital marketing best practices
Strong interpersonaland communication skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines in a high paced and high-volume environment with a strong attention to detail and process orientation
