The Regional Business Manager (RBM) - Long-Term Care, will lead the sales efforts in a cross-area region of responsibility representing the company's LTC Biologics Portfolio. Primary product focus is Santyl and Regranex. The RBM works with the regional sales teams and the primary call point is CDPs, TPGs, and LTC Chains.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop, communicate and execute a plan to meet a sales quota
  • Act as primary account level contact and liaison between targeted business partners and S&N
  • Develop and nurture relationships with regional Key Opinion Leader's and key clinical/administrative personnel and engage with facility level stakeholders as necessary
  • Participate in key regional and national CDP conferences to maintain a consistent presence within the LTC community.
  • Monitor trends/issues in the LTC market to identify potential and actual unmet needs
  • Contribute to development of initial and ongoing improvements to, product marketing materials, sales
  • Liaison between the field, key accounts, and NAMs
  • Traveling overnight up to 50%

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have 5-7+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience in the medical device industry (acute care setting, complex sales process, multiple call points that include OR and Pharmacy, project oriented- implementation sale)
  • Preferred experience calling on Burn Units and/or Burn Surgeons
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and leverage KOL relationships
  • Proven success pioneering new products or technologies to the market place
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
