Overview
The Syndicate Operations team plays a critically important role within the debt and equity security lifecycle. This includes the creation of security identifier to the coordination of settlement mechanics with the issuer, transfer agents and settlement depositories. The Syndicate deal captain is at the center of the transaction management lifecycle for new issuances and add-ons.

What You'll Do
Process will involve dealing with international Marketers, Business Management, Traders, Final Settlements Team, Transaction Management Group, Operations, Finance and Legal globally i.e. ownership and/or influence on production and digital assets
Gain eligibility on Lead Managed Fixed Income (Asset Backed Securities/CMBS/Collateralized Loan Obligation), Corporate, Equity, Private Placement, Municipals and High Yield deals, includes DTC, Euroclear, Portal and Cusip. Setup payments to company for deals
Liaison to all deal closing activity including Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation Derivatives Repository Ltd. U/W Source, ICI, eSpear, CUSIP Bureau & IPREO book building system) - assistance in documenting business requirements, testing & rollout of functionality
Escalation point, whereby clients (both internal and external) can reach out to, ensuring key issues are addressed as needed
Coordinate with internal and external contacts to reconcile discrepancies
Escalate Front-line resolution of business specific issues across project areas
Skills You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
Moderate relevant experience in the finance industry is required
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Series 99/Series 7 certifications preferred
Effective communication skills both with team and upper management
Ability to work in a team environment in order to achieve group targets
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $68,800.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
