As a Mechanic, you'll repair engine components and parts.
What you'll do:
Inspect engine modules and engine components.
Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy.
Comprehensive understanding of inspection of complex parts, ability to provide guidance as they arise.
Ability to use hand and air tools such as pneumatic grinder, restoration hammer, and pry bar.
Knowledge of using measuring devices such as Caliper and Micrometer.
Team player and engage well with members to achieve common goals.
Willingness to learn and to understand cause and effects of each function within the process.
Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations.
Position Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret manuals, work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Minimum of 2 years job related training/experience.

FAA Power plant certification considered an asset but not required
