Designs, develops, and analyzes reports and/or queries based on user requirements. Gathers report requirements; performs quality assurance reviews; and documents report design, procedures, applications and data structures. Assists other HRIS team members with collaboration, consulting, and solution finding to develop further the automation based on user needs and business
